At TestWin Academy, operated by Eduquiz Techno Inspire Pvt. Ltd., we are dedicated to providing every learner with a seamless and value-driven educational experience. Each of our courses, test series, and digital products is carefully curated to help students prepare effectively for school board and competitive examinations. To maintain transparency and fairness for all users, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the platform.
2. Digital Products (Online Courses, Live Classes, Test Series, E-books)
Once a purchase is confirmed and access is granted, cancellations or refunds are generally not possible, as delivery is instant and non-reversible.
Users should review course details, syllabus, and demo content carefully before purchasing.
. In case of an erroneous purchase, a one-time course/batch transfer to another program of equal value may be allowed if:
The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
The accessed content does not exceed 20% of the course/test.
The new course/batch belongs to the same academic or exam category.
Requests outside these conditions will not be eligible for change or refund.
3. Printed Books (Publications)
If the product received is damaged, defective, or lost in transit, the student is entitled to a free replacement.
Damaged or missing deliveries must be reported within 7 days of receipt with proof or photographs.
No refunds or replacements will be issued if delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or unresponsiveness during delivery attempts.
Replacement timelines may vary based on courier logistics.
4. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions
If a transaction is processed multiple times for the same order, users should contact support immediately.Upon verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Technical & Access Issues
If technical issues from our side prevent access to purchased content for more than 72 consecutive hours, and the issue is verified, users may receive a credit, course extension, or refund at the Company's discretion.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
Cash or manual refunds will not be issued.
Processing timelines may take 7–15 working days, depending on bank or payment provider.
Transaction or convenience fees are non-refundable.
